Every order is packed with care in beautiful gift packaging. If you are sending it directly to a loved one, a note can be included upon request.
Oncefound jewellery is shipped from Portugal to almost anywhere in the world. Orders are processed within 2 working days and you will receive an email and tracking number once your parcel is on the way. If outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties, which you will be responsible for. Please consult your local customs tariffs and import policies for further information.
Shipping
Oncefound accepts returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the piece/s are in their original condition. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please see our Returns Policy here for further information.

Materials
Oncefound jewellery is crafted from carefully sourced high-quality materials including sterling silver, gold-filled wire and components, stainless steel and semi precious stones.
Gold-filled metal contains roughly 100 times more gold than gold-plated items. Mechanically bonded to a base metal such as brass or sterling silver, the thick outer layer contains at least 5% gold in total weight and does not rub off easily; its colour lasts for many years.

Yes, depending on the piece, in most cases, we can carry out your request. Please get in touch with your enquiry before placing your order or alternatively, fill in your request in the form at checkout.

As most pieces are one-of-a-kind, sometimes it is not possible to create an exact replacement. Unless an item is faulty, we do not offer repairs but can offer advice on how best to repair a piece or who to bring it to locally.
